Proposals to the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education, USDoEd, are due on June 5, 2008. $2.6 M is available for awards of $300 K to $450 K for "a coordinated program of scientifically based research, demonstration projects, innovative strategies, and similar activities designed to build and enhance the ability of elementary and secondary schools nationwide to meet the special educational needs of gifted and talented students."
