    MPSC Michigan Energy Efficiency Grants


    The Michigan Public Service Commission has invited proposals from organizations for Michigan Energy Efficiency Grants (MIEEG).  

    The RFP has three separate targets:  develop or improve the quality or application of energy efficient technologies, promote and increase the use of ENERGY STAR Compact Fluorescent Lamps, or develop Green Community programs.  

    The total amount available for MIEEG is expected to be $15 million, subject to appropriations.  The proposal deadline is Thursday, May 1, 2008.
