This is a modification to the synopsis entitled RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES IN AERONAUTICS – 2009 originally posted on March 26, 2009. This Announcement Solicits Proposals for new topics in Appendix C-5, provided as Amendment #6, to ROA NRA NNH09ZEA001N. Specific Details of the new topics in Appendix C-5, including Proposal Due Dates can be accessed from the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) (http://nspires.nasaprs.com ), under Open Solicitations for ROA NRA NNH09ZEA001N. Proposals must be submitted electronically, and all proposers must use NASA’s proposal data system, NSPIRES ( http://nspires.nasaprs.com ). Interested parties are reminded that until further notice, proposers will be unable to submit proposals intended for NASA through the Grants.gov website.
